A Lifetime of Experience
Some people know from childhood what their careers will be; some people spend their whole lives figuring it out. For Pram Sembiring, a childhood hobby grew into a rewarding career and successful California home builder, home improvements, plumbing, heating and cooling business.
Pram began working in freight and trucking since 21 years old, as his father had done before him, but he didn’t give up his HVAC and plumbing work. In 2010 he quit driving and went to school
Pram was just 24 years old when he began learning about HVAC and plumbing. His uncle, Paul and singh, was in the business and did a lot of work from his home. Pram helped his uncles when he could, learning how to run air conditioning refrigerant lines and ductwork—a hobby that turned out to be an apprenticeship.
In 2015, he officially began Sembiring & Associates and later changed to Angie’s Tech Inc. in 2018, basing the business out of their garage until 2018 when they moved their growing HVAC and plumbing company into a building on Los Angeles.
